I guess you're right, with O.J. as the killer, I could see how a lot of things could work to the advantage of the victim's family and not only monetarily. For one thing, with O.J. as the perpretrator, the focus shifts to Nicole, who may not have even been the target. That would be convenient if there was some history or activities which would be better concealed concerning Ron.

To me, my question would explain the planting of the cap and gloves which als has never made sense to me. A frame of O.J. need not have included these items. O.J.'s blood on the ground or on one of the victim's clothing would've been plenty to explain.

The recent discussion about Ron's keys, pagers, and other items and the differences about the timeline and the barking of the dogs, mezzaluna and timeclocks etc.. could be explained if Ron arrived shortly after ten, was forcibly taken away and then returned to the scene of the planted evidence. In this case, those who argue that Ron arrived at Bundy early in the hour would be right and those who've argued that he arrived and was killed later in the hour would also(?)be right.

The blood evidence and the entire discussion on the Magli foot prints etc. could also be reevaluated under this scenario.

Further, Nicole's visitors at the top of the hour, Gerchas claims, and some of the rest of the claims and testimony could also be reconsidered.
