I found in Evidence Dismissed where they say that Rachel was with Nic and Sydney and Justin at the ice cream store and the restuarant and that NIc got home prior to 9 and that her MOM came and picked her up just after.
ODD, according to Petro Man, they had a stipulation or statement from her father that HE picked her up at 9:15 and stayed outside and talked to NIcole outside til 9:30.
How odd.
And nobody--the ice cream man, the waitresses, the mgr, the Browns, nobody but nobody places Rachel at the restuarant with the Browns.
