The big story could have been that Glass was sentenced to 8 years and Patti married Fred way less than a year later (about 8 months) Even though, he was let out in about 4 due to the fact he was dying of AIDS, the murder of Ron was 8 years later--almost to the day of when he was sentenced. charlie
