Not at all unless it came out that he was helping the Country by allowing all of this because they had just arrested some major International hitman or something who then explains who all the people were behind the murders and it is just another political ploy or used to cause the Race War many are trying to avoid as others try to instigate it. Or, like Sam Shepard who has been shown to be innocent but even twelve citizens refused to find him innocent despite the proof of it shown by DNA evidence. His son has committed his life to proving his father's innocence. So it'd be shown he was innocent but the establishment would still say it is wrong. As with the JFK assassination. They say it was a conspiracy but still, Oswald was the second shooter despite the near fact he is in the lunchroom at the time of the shots being fired. :) People will believe as they will.
