When arguing the motion to allow Dr. Lakshammenen <sp> to testify instead of Dr. Golden we did not get best evidence and the motion should have been denied. I am a layman and I caught it. Not only did they not have a quaduire<mini trial> to see if the legal grounds were able to be met to not use Dr. Golden, I know I am spelling horribly in regards to legal jargon and other things forgive me. Not only did Dr. Golden not come in and admit he acted irrationally. The Prosecution simply used the article that alledges that Dr. Golden pulled a gun in his dept and stated that he was going to kill all the attorney/lawyers. Not one witness was called to testify that Dr Golden came into his dept and waved a gun around and said that in fact they saw this display, not one bit of evidence to prove that O.J. Simpson did not have the right to have the coroner who actually did the autopsy be the one to come in and testify. Had Barry Scheck not asked the right question directly of Dennis Fun, we wouldn't have ever hear of Andrea Mazzola. Dennis Fung was going to maintain that he did the work. Then the attorney for O.J. Simpson on this occasion, I believe either Barry Scheck or else Attorney Blasier showed the video from the TV crews showing Andrea Mazzola taking the sample swatches and so we all waited until Andrea Mazzola came over from LAPDSID. She was most helpful about admitting putting her initials on her bindles, August Pretrial Hearing I believe around the 23rd,she was so sure her bosses and fellow workers were on the up and up that she just told the truth and just about put this case into the toilet. In fact it is my belief that her Pretrial testimony was the cause for the media leak about finding blood on the socks of O.J. Simpson. I wish I might remember everything she said, but I expected from her testimony that O.J. Simpson would be released within a week and the socks evidence came out. Clearly, some real strange things happened. Dr Lucky, as many call him, was an illegal witness. Dr. Golden should have been shown unfit to have his testimony not heard as he was best evidence. Why the defense did not object I don't know but this one part shows how really deceitful this entire trial was.
