I am rereading Iago and also doing a few of the of the transcripts.
Now in the Fuhrman testimony in the motion, I believe about the search warrent. on July 5th, 1994 in the prelimanary trial.
He had just said that he, Phillps, Lange, and Van Adder had gone to Rockingham.
He said "We were the only 4 dectectives at this investigation" Then he says except for Leut of detectives (I think this was Leut Spangler)
Later he says the reason that Phillips went to Rockingham was that he was his partner.
Now notice nothing about Brad Roberts and even by elimination, a denial of him. Now this is July 5, only 3 weeks after the murder, why are they hiding him? What has he done? Now he was the one who that did the interview of the dog finder and body finder. His notes have times that the dog finder later changed. But that is not it. There is some big reason that he is hidden at this time.
Also in this testimony, he goes thru his walk at Bundy and talks about a drop of blood on the top and bottom rung of the back gate and a tiny spot on the turnstyle of the gate. Nothing about a fingerprint. But he talks about his notes being given to one of the other dectectives in this same testimony. Did he switch notes later?
