I think this is why they failed to even agree to read it. They wanted to NOT make a decision one way or the other. They took themselves out of the mix--deliberately.
Prien commented to me that if OJ was guilty, he would not still be fighting this. He would have dropped it long time ago.
I concur. He would have gone thru the motions of the first time or two and then quit...especially when he moved away from CA where is is harder for Brown and Goldman to collect due to Florida's laws concerning civil suits from other states.
I wonder personally if some reporters and others aren't having this dawn on them. Notice each time, there is less and less said about on the tv, radio and in the print media.
Also--I saw a little change in the reporting of the "road rage' incident as well. I think they saw the OVERCHARGING of OJ in that incident--plus the guy's changed story. It didn't cause them to comment on it but it did cause them not to bleed the story dry.
