Jean, In the criminal trial, Riske said he put his hand down close to the water (but didn't touch) and found that the water was warm. This is not the impression he gave to the jurors in the civil trial. He gives the impression that he has no idea what the temp of the water was That was MIsrepresentation of the facts at best.
Also, Riske says that there are NO cars parked on Dorothy. Not that they were looking for Ron's car at the time but there are NO cars parked there.
Lange just shrugged at why it took three searches to find the car and not until 4pm.
Jean, you don't FIND it if it isn't THERE--til later.
