Over the years, Dick Wagner and I went around and around about the Other front door.
Most of you will recall that in the prosecution diagrams from the LAPD, the DA's or the FBI or others, the real layout of the front of the condo was never correctly depicted.
Only in the defense diagrams (a real blue print type) was the terraced area, the living room, the wooden front door, etc. depicted as it is.
Even in the Fuhrman diagram in his book, he choses to leave off the front door completely.
Watch Commander, Rossi, refuses Bailey and says he can't ID things off the blue print diagram of the defense.
In one prosecution diagram, Nicole's body is depicted as being between the two sets of steps. The steps behind her in photos and the set of steps to the front porch and door.
Riske says he goes into the condo thru the LR, then the DR and then the kitchen. If you go into the condo thur the wooden front door, you enter into the DR first. Only if you enter the glass front door, do you go into the LR first.
Also, we hear repeatedly that the shoeprints and first blood drop is by the front door. (the front door is 30 to 40 feet back) IN the civil trial, Riske says the say and refuses to ID photos of the first blood drop shown by the drain pipe and glass LR.
Riske even says he "doesn't recall" whether there were any candles burning in the LR or not. The only light on was in the kitchen.
While EVERYBODY talks of footprints and blood drops by the front door, we NEVER EVER see footprints or blood drops by the front door.
We are given testimony by others that the shoe prints go back almost to the back gate if not to the back gate--yet we saw NO evidence of that and Rossi and Riske dispute that. Shoesprints were completely faded out by 1/2 way back.
There might be some confusion about the glass front door in the LR. (I am sitting here telling you there IS one because I saw it and the handle, etc. in a video) There might be confusion if there is an UNused door there but if it is as the cops CLAIM it is, and there is only one front door, the evidence we saw is even more puzzling and/or BOGUS.
Are we talking about two DIFFERENT shoeprints and blood drops? Are there those that Riske tells about and then those that are presents AS those prints to the public and jury?
Yet, evidence is given that they go all the way back, a look into MF's book shows that on page 13, he ONLY shows prints between the two sets of steps and only puts blood drops there as well.
The only other drop he puts in, is the one back by the trash cans.
I have always thought some flim flam was done about the "front door".
Now I am convinced of it.
