My point is that the reason he is not looking at Prison time is because of the law not special treatment. Like Robert Blake, he has been targeted for a fall. I bet they are trying to anger the public at large against Hollywood with the Blake Murder and Robert Downey Jr. I think besides the meat of the treatment for drugs law, the loophole giving all users a fresh slate is the best part. So many people who lost their SSDI benefits because addiction was their only disease they gave up and went back to the streets. Most ended up costing the taxpayers more because they are in prison for some vagrancy or robbery. Hopefully this law will help these people get back on track. As a Californian I am immensley proud of this progressive law in my state.
