ON the first day of his deposition. Now everyone at the deposition seemed to know what he was talking about, but did not say.
AC was talking about that the authorites had lied and when asked about what, he said that he could not go into it and had just talked to his attorney about it. Now what would it be that AC would have to take the 5th on that had to do with the authorites lying????
Re, AC's attorney says, some of the events that involve him (AC) have been misrepresented in the media which has to do with the area that is privilidged.
The privilidge was explained as the time period from the time OJ came back from Chicago to shortly after OJ and AC's arrest. Now why would it include all this time period? Why not just the day of the Bronco chase????
The privilidge also covered certai other potential subject matters that may come up after that period of time but on subject matter basis. Now this must have been the grand jury stuff.
