In either the grand jury or prelim sessions, while questioning barmanager Crawford, Marcia Clark showed a picture of the envelope. She asked Ms. Crawford to confirm that the envelope in the picture was the one she had put the glasses in. Clark noted that she could not present the envelope itself because it was being tested (for blood)and prints.
Does anyone know what the results of these tests were? It seems to me that no one ever mentioned the results in the subsequent trials.
Also regarding Crawford's discovery of the glasses. In the grand jury she says that she found the glasses in the gutter. In either the crim or civ trial she said she found them on the asphalt inches from the gutter, then corrected herself.
Why the inconsistency?
