In the overhead photo of the Rockingham estate in the Evidence Dismissed book the big old street light was not at the corner but just a few feet down and across the street with no trees in between.
Most of us have that book, so they can look for themselves and make a judgement.
I think if you look more closely at Park's testimony, you will find that he said that it wasn't directly behind it. Or at least that was what I was told by someone who just recently went back and read it.
