I go with Charlie on this one. HELP when the family needed it was something a bit more in order. Instead of aiding the land grab that was happening with the kids. Here in CA I have a friend who's husband has MS and she has to do hair, clean houses and take care of him 24 hours a day. One day he fell and it broke his foot. He couldn't even feel it. She has County people who HELP her not check on her. She has Grandchildren around. So they make sure he gets the latest treatments, the most promising for MS was working then he went back to where he was before, it was a nice vacation to normalcy for a few weeks but he now cannot move again. It is like some of the states that won't help a person no matter what. My Step Mother has a kidney from her sister because hers failed and in Arkansas under the new Governor they don't do dialysis for transplant patients. Maybe once to get them on a plane to come back to CA, only they didn't even do that. They told her to go home to die. She came home and had dialysis and although in very bad shape for having no treatment for months, she is much much better. Some states don't believe in HELPING it's citizens. It is horrible. Others are too anxious to help their citizens into jail so the kids in Idaho became afraid and grabbed the guns. I don't condone what they did in Idaho at all. Not the kids, not the Police, but I understand why the kids did what they did. To many people who don't just want to grab land, they want to get young children for adoption like what happened in Tenennssee with the judge and the lady with the orphanage. I can't remember their names but it was a cute scam. Stealing children from impoverished families who left their children for a short time with the state while they got on their feet, and when they went back for them they were told their children had been adopted or had died. Both of Joan Crawfords Adopted children were from this lady. It is scary to think it is still going on today.
