The only thing I disagree with you about is the number of people needed to do the actual killing.
That fact is ONE person could kill two strong, healty people easily if he was stonge, agile and had the specialized trining I had in the Amy in 1964. I swear to you, it REALLY IS EASY if you know what you are doing and you have practiced what you are going to do. The hard part is to make it look like a struggle -- unless you have specialized knowledge there, too. --Jasper.
