Miss Marple,
Have you read (studied) Fuhrman's book Murder in Brentwood? The information I couldn't get to fill the gaps in my theory that Fuhrman could had been the killer were all filled in in that book. That's the only place you will find that Fuhrman and Roberts where the ones who "discovered" the socks on the rug. It's where I learned that Brad Roberts was putting down the blood drop markers going INTO the Rockingham gate when Fung picked them up and replaced them with his own (the photo of the gate with Fung's markers in Evidence Dismissed). But, most telling to me was how Fuhrman used the power of suggestion to get everyone to see things his way (read what he says about the parking angle of the bronco in the Grand Jury hearing) UP FRONT.
All in all, it looks like a confession to me. --Jasper
