I don't know exactly how to explain this. If OJ had put the sweat suit in the bag. When could he have done it without Parks seeing him? If he had done it, then he would be in his underware or would have had to have made a second trip after coming into the house and have been when Park saw him in his robe. Just no way to have put anything in the bag without Park seeing him.
If he put them in the bag at Bundy, then he would have been in his underware for Park to see.
Another thing now there is no way that OJ even if he had been a psycopath, would go over to kill Nicole, he knew that the kids were in the house and would be witnesses. And he would not have had gloves and a hat in the summer time if not planning to do so in advance.
Who ever killed Nicole had to either have not known that the kids were there as a witness or have known that they were drugged.
No one would have known if they were not looking out the window.
