The difference between Nicole saying "He's going to kill me" and "She's going to kill me" is that she said it all the time as a figure of speech and Fuhrman ALWAYS talked about killing people LITERALLY. He told Laura Hart and his psychiatrists that he actually killed people and boasted about his ability to get away with it. In the Laura Hart McKinney tapes he said it at least twice. Once time he even used the word "murdered." So, coming from his lips, what he said about killing his ex-wife and her lover has to sound different - because it is. --Jasper
