Charlie, the report does mention Ron's tattoo. It also mentions clothing in detail. Ron's report also says "clothing was examined both before and after removal from the body". Doesn't say that about Nicole's clothing.
Didn't they say that the blood splatter on Nicole's back was accidently washed away before the autopsy. Was one body washed and undressed and the other not? Miss Marple
