Furhman's overkill was very obvious during the Preliminary Hearing when he started overkilling finding the glove, with his heart pounding and the one in a million case of a career found in front of him, this wet glove etc. This was the moment I began trying to work how Furhman did it. Kato's testimony during the Preliminary hearing was the same in underkill and seeming to be hiding something that he wasn't hiding, unless he met someone behind the guest house to final up plans, get drugs whatever. He overkilled the noise when caught coming out from behind the guest house by Park and O.J. Most likely had he just waved and gone back into his room he wouldn't have been part of the trial. It makes me wonder if he wasn't in on the plot with Nicole to get more money from O.J. then found out that Nicole had been killed and so he made sure he had more than a see ya, back to the guest house, he helped load O.J.'s luggage. Bottom line, whatever anyone saw during the time of the LIMO, no one saw O.J. Simpson act strange enough for them to be concerned that O.J. had harmed someone so why did his movements become so suspicious when the murder was found out. Nothing he did that night appears strange in everyday life. It is scary how normal everyday life reactions can become ominous and guilty when we hear something bad happened to someone we know. Strange isn't it?
