Where did you hear about Shippe. Now isn't that interesting.
Now the guy the rollar blading guy saw had slicked back black hair. But could not tell if Hispanic, White or black. So must have seen him from the back. Does slicked back hair rang any bells of any of the cops. Has anyone ever seen Brad Roberts?
