NObody should forget that a former lawyer for the Browns attempted to sue Clark over the use of the photos that she used. They were supposed to be sealed by the court. Yet a court threw it out claiming she had no "standing" to sue. I assume the matter was dropped.
I have seen the "box" photos as well but not in my Brentwood book. I just can't recall where. I do know that they are very bad photos with very low light--almost Polaroid value (without a flash).
I think it would be very interesting to find out about "access" to these photos, etc. Now that we know that phone records and other things became the "personal property" of William Hodgeman through no known legal means I have ever heard of, just who had access to these photos and where they are now (the ones we never saw for example) might be of great importance.
