Very interesting. I agree about the BIG guy theory you made and I've had my own personal suspicions regarding Darryl Gates. Geraldo has him on occasionally and Gates poo poohs everything but OJS for the murders. I cannot stand the man and remember very well watching Furhman wilt when he appeared on a TV screen on the show. God, he wasn't even present physically to make Furhman shut his claptrap. I have never seen anything like it. He continues to insist there is no corruption at LAPD even though they have declared it to be ICKYBOD..er..uh..RICCO. In other words corrupted.
But, without concrete proof, or the criminals speaking up to clear the air, we will never know. Look what happened to ole Perez for breaking the blue BASEBOARD of silence. He is going to need a new name and a new identity and a new part of the world in which to live. He cannot stay here. They will need an army tank and gas filled cannisters to break the blue WALL of silence, whoever "they" are. Wait a minute, aren't "they" "we?"
Just watch the national media do their shrinking violent thingy. In my opinion, Christopher Darden is considered a shrivel dick! He shrinks from telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and is certainly not like any investigator I know. He see's only whatever will make him another dollar, so I wouldn't put too much stock in his books.
The Media can't tell the truth either. If they did they would be reporting to the public what's really going on in Korea since 1954. Talk about a danger spot. Did we know it? Nope, not one word.
I cannot visualize our main stream press as a free press. They print only what they are told they can. I think they are too scared of getting sued for slander. Obviously the rag news don't care. They throw millions away just to print one story, right, wrong or indifferent.
One does have to be careful of defamation of character charges without benefit of evidence to back up the charges. I can see the newspapers point.
