I haven't either Jasper. It is criminal to abscond with criminal evidence. Let's remember that this case was never solved and the D/A's Office was using the evidence for their own money making profits. Let's call it what it is. THEFT. They have NO RIGHT to any of these documents or photographs, in particular, those ten thousand documents that are missing that the defense never did receive.
Has anyone ever called them up on it? Nope. Did they hand over material to the criminal trial attorney's? Yup. All of the originals perhaps?
Does anyone care?
YUP. Only those seeking the truth. Those involved and stealing evidence already know what happened, and to them it is no big deal. Just get rid of it or put it out in the open for profit.
