The thing was there was an attorney in this state to take the case of the People of California against the LAPD, Criminal Theft of evidence from a Murder Case. In fact, courts ruled in favor of Marcia Clark and that was the end of it. No one dared go from there. Just as that girl Rachel Ferrar who told the same story in both the criminal and civil cases filed a lawsuit and it was dismissed as frivolous. It wasn't about the Law it was about who was running the state at the time and the political ramifications if anyone found fault with anything the Prosecutors or police did. It is sick. Even though the Appeals Courts gutted the three strikes law to stop misdemeanor offenses from falling under it, a man just got twenty five years for stealing some food for his kids to eat. It was his third strike and the judge found that the man went into the store with intent so he got twenty five years for robbery not shoplifting. Sick Sick Sick.
