GOOD JOB. Needless to say I am appalled at this man's itinerary. What a scary individual indeed! When Charlie used to talk about LA's secret cops I always thought she was a conspiracy nut, but came to understand she pretty much knows what she is talking about. This information you have found is proof positive there has been something wrong with the LAPD for a very long time. You are only as good as your leaders insist you be. It is quite obvious Ichabod has been around forever, just invisible.
I cannot understand how these evil people with the power of authority have free rein of terror to rob, beat, rape, falsify documents and plant evidence, in order to further their own furtive goals.
It is for sure that others in authority and power have knowledge of these antics, and have done nothing to discourage the results of terrifying or dominating the public at large.
I am thoroughly disappointed in people like University Professor's who side with the evil as if it is going to win them a golden brownie point. That moron who insists OJ was guilty from the University, out espounding her super stupid innuendo's show how deviant the educational system has become.
Evil is only as good as your training and education. So? WHO is responsible for training officers of the LAPD, and how far up the food chain does the corruption travel?!
