Perhaps no mention was made of the handcuff's because it would lead to the conclusion that a police officer may have been involved in the murder(s), OR, the conclusion that sex is kinky, OR, the information was part of those 10,000 documents that disappeared. Now who would know that since it wasn't in any testimony.
