It's amazing, when you read that article how Bramble's character so resembles that of Fuhrman. Things he did, falcifying evidence, coercing witnesses, the violence, the bragging, it could have been Fuhrman. He would have idolized Brambles.
I don't know how many Fuhrman/Brambles there are in the police force, I fear there are many. And I think that is where there is a conspiracy.
Think of Fuhrman spending all that time at the recruiting office. It's an old technique to bait people by spewing whatever and see who bites. The Kathryn Bells don't count, but for sure others just agree. And the Fuhrmans pull in. Miss Marple
