This type of thing was available to all.
Taft and RAnda said this from the very beginning. Yet nobody (not the press NOR the defense) chose to point this out.
No Barry Scheck saying "what about THAT Mr. Vannatter?"
Not all things alleged could be proven by video (probably more than we know though) but THIS could have been.
Scheck could have shown VAnnatter that video clip and established that it was the Rockingham drive (the Brentley and the SAAB are walked past on the way out the gate) and the time, etc. and when they got to that part, he could have stop actioned it and said--Where is the Bronco?
He did not.
THIS and other things that could be named is one of the reasons I have always said this is more than just about a man being framed for a murder or the cops and DA's covering up for corrupt or perhaps murdering cops. Much more than that.
OJ and his lawyers could have busted this case wide open--just from the use of videos alone I think.
And one of the reasons I have always claimed that instead of being a dumb jury, they were actually quite smart.
Though it wasn't pointed out to them (Taft and Randa talked in public and in the depos) they were taking notes. Seeing a video of Taft's car parked there after being told that the Bronco sat there til 3:30 probably ended up in their notebook of notes.
More than likely they noticed the deliberate attempt to disguise the layout of the front of the condo which they eventually saw for themselves on the walk through.
And many more instances.
But the fact that the defense did not take advantage to point out the Bronco was gone at noon or before and other things (easily provable on video) shows that much much more was going on here than met the eye
