I'm going to do some animated photo overlays in The Smoking Gun and the Smoking Gun 2 from a couple of movies and the crime scenes. It may be the only way to get people to see just how precisely some of this stuff fits. Apparently the shoeprints that fit O.J. the killer and Fuhrman so well didn't make much of an impression on anyone.
Keith is in the process of putting up the Fuhrman's Story animation. I haven't added the cartoon bubbles you suggested yet, but as soon as I can figure out how to do it right I will. Meanwhile, you might be surprised at just how clever Fuhrman's goofy story is if you make an effort to read it straight. I know that's a tall order but unless you can "suspend disbelief" for just a little while the way you would if you were looking at an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie, you won't see it. The more I loop the animation and read from his book the more I see what he did why he did it that way. Once you catch on to what is happening with this guy's story and the way it matches some of the evidence found on Rockingham by Fuhrman and Roberts but dismissed by Fung, Vannatter and Lange, it's pretty fascinating.
If you can accept some planted evidence mixed with some real evidence and a couple of "harmless errors" about the sequence of events, Fuhrman's story actually makes more sense than Marcia's. His two-pronged objective was to prove what a great detective he was and to show why the prosecution made a big mistake in dumping him when things got hot with the McKinney tapes. To win over most people who saw why Marcia's story couldn't be right, Fuhrman did everything he had to do. --Jasper
