There's a few stories, (click on the links) about a 21 year old woman who fell from the second-floor balcony of Keith Zlomsowitch's Club Lotus. ...This woman, Jaqueline Rudzinski, fell face-down on the pavement in February of 2005. She died of her injuries. I've read a couple of the stories that were written while the woman was still fighting for her life. ...The link that had the story that said she had died, i couldn't get when i clicked on that one. ...This death was only investigated as an accident, and there will be no charges brought against Club Lotus. Also said that the Co-Owner and General Manager, Keith Zlomsowitch couldn't be reached for comment in one of the articles. ...This woman's family should bring a civil lawsuit against Keith Zlomsowitch, and Whomever his partners are.
