Jade, ……Outstanding work! ………Let “Denise” (I hope she likes the name I gave her) say what she wants. Every time she opens her mouth it’s like hearing from you-know-who. What would you expect HER to say? I wonder what she would think of the additions I’ll be making soon to the Denise Brown piece of the flow chart. ……….Denise Brown said that her personal injury trial was in October. The question in my mind was whether it was before or after Faye’s Private Diary book went on sale (October 18). The November 4 decision date strongly suggests that the trial date was set afterward. Now I have to wonder whether Faye’s lawyer Arthur Barens, who Faye says urged her to write the book, orchestrated the timing of Denise’s new court date to follow the book’s release. If it was the same lawyer he would know when the book would go on sale before the judge or his opposing attorneys knew and he would be ideally situated to postpone the new court date accordingly. That sort of thing that can get a lawyer disbarred. ………This puts a new spin on why there was such a rush to publish the book, on the question of who Denise’s personal injury lawyer was and why her wrongful death attorney gave her such an obvious hint to catch amnesia. –Jasper
