These posts reminded me of a question I have regarding Ron's beeper.
Cochran had asked one of the detectives if they checked the entries on Ron's beeper for 6/12.
He answered that he had checked the beeper but didn't find any entries.
This doesn't jibe with the report that mentioned the beeper going off in the morning of the 13th. That call was from Tanner.
Question: Did Tanner's call erase any earlier entries. Did papers at the time accept more than one entry?
If not, we have a problem given the timing of Tanner's call.
