Elsie Tistaert did live in 874 Bundy. I think she still lives there and must be about 94. The little black dog is still at this address but is considerably older. It is just that 874 is on the third lot from the corner of Dorthy and Bundy. 875 is on the second lot from that corner and on the other side. So while it is correct that Istaert lived across from Nicole, it was not directly across.
