Didn't the woman who said she saw the dog at 11:10 also say she saw the dog on a leash?
I doubt that two dogs were out barking in the street.
And if he was the "neighbor to the north" that had gotten into it with Nicole over the dog before as OJ stated in his depo, he would have known whose dog it was.
This man also came in the back way (thru Nicole's alley) when he got home and saw no cars parked there. Implications are that he didn't see Nicole's either.
Also, few (unless they see photos) realize that the parking for his building is on the side of his building on Nicole's side--parallel to her north pathway. Had he gotten home when he said he did, that dog's barking and any noises or voices from the murder would have been known to him.
I saw photos in the book Blood Oath and was stunned at what was on the far side of the pathway beside Nicole's. It is a smallish parking lot for that apartment building. Cars parked parallel to Nicole's wall could even be used to climb up on and get over the wall into Nicole's yard. Easily.
The author of Blood Oath states that this is a gated and locked area. That the trash men, etc. need a "key" to get into it to get to the trash.
I am not sure where he parked that night or where he said he did but this could easily be--info omitted in the trial. Easily.
Needless to say, I don't put much stock in eithe the neighbor's or Schwab's story. charlie
