You're right. Don't know how I missed him…Make that four eyewitnesses.
The guy's name is Mark Storfer. He was supposed to testify with Marcia's other timeline witnesses in the early part of February. He didn't make it to the stand until the 6th of March.
Storfer is the one who lived on the corner of Bundy and Dorothy in the house next to Nicole's on the south. He testified that police cars were the only vehicles he saw in the alley between the time he heard the dog begin to bark (10:23 according to his adjustment for the time he recalled seein on his TV clock) and the time the police sealed off the block. --Jasper
