Kari posted the same information here in a June 25, 2000 message that she got from someone named Margo. It took a while for everyone to grasp the significance of it. By then Dr. Johnson had gotten that information in his campaign to prove that Judith called Nicole at 11:00. I could be mistaken but I think that it was his court fight that uncovered that stipulation in the first place. I know that's how he got his copy of the bill when he challenged it and how we came to know about it.
Why did he challenge it? Because it did not list an 11:00 call from Juditha to Nicole. When the copy he receive showed numerous things he though were wrong with it, especially a 9:37 call to Mezzaluna (not enough time to get home) he called the bill a fraud. An ugly debate - as opposed to a heated discussion -- ensued. Interest in Iago made a mad dash to the toilet (along with my $30,000 investment in producing and promoting it). We went around and around on the issue with hard feelings generated by the war of words until we gave up in exhaustion and tacitly agreed not to mention it for the sake of peace and good will.
I pray that enough time has passed and enough information has surfaced for that internecine debate not to resume. If I got something wrong here, please correct me. I promise not to reply. I do not want to debate this again. --Jasper
