Note does not make sense if she had a menue. If you are calling a reaurant and want to speak to a particular person, then you scribble it on the menue. On the other hand, if you are calling a person and they happen to work at a resturant, that is the way a note would read. So the important part of the note is Cara. The note could have been there for some time, she called her friend or dealer a few days before, decided to order a pizza, and when they brought it they left a menue. What a great way to deliver drugs. You ask for Cara, and get the drugs delivered. If Ron had worked there, then he would have been able to tell Nicole how to do it.
