Yes, Roberts was at Rockingham that morning but there are no close ups. Other than O.J. Simpson who was in shock and has a bad memory I have to wonder why he wasn't used for the grand jury or Preliminary Hearing at least unless he had bruises and cuts on him. We will never know as the videos of him are too far away. Brambles not being thought much of says it about right, but he was a Police Detective who worked for Madam Alex. She died in June of 1995. He was filmed in jail in August of 1994. He did look as though he had recently been in a fight. I think Charlie knows why he was arrested, I don't remember right now and has many of the same characteristics of Mark Furhman as well as resembling him adding twenty to fifty pounds as height would be a major factor in determining how much more he weighs.
