Jolana:
First, I have always said -- and it should be obvious -- that he used Ferarra as a 'patsy'. He had met her about three months before while both were working on a movie (which aparently never was completed; I certainly never heard of it being released). My speculation is that he quickly found out she was "ditzy" when it came to issues of time and duration. BTW, I also had a private source on information about Kaelin -- now dead -- who tole me that Kaelin was a very time-conscious and prompt person, and even own a sports watch that seemed much too expensive for someone in his situation.
Second, we are not talking here about negotiable things; we are not, for instance, dickering over a car. We are talking about a specific incident in history. This incident only happened once, and it happened in one and only one way.
I beleive and asert that I have found out what really happened and can describe it (and did once, and shall do so again later). By that, I mean that, if you had a sci-fi time machine and a video camera, and went back to the murder night and the area, you would see almost exactly what I describe.
THERE IS NO ROOM FOR COMPROMISE ON SOMETHING LIKE THIS. While there might be a small amount of "fudge factor" of five minmutes or so on each of the various items in my scenario, but, since the block of time for the crime as a whole is strictly limited, all that would mean is that some other part of my scenario took place five or so minutes soone or later than I hypothesized in order to 'compensate'.
if people are going to see "the logic of my conclusions", then they will accept it 'whole hog' or reject it completely.
