Brambles was arrested for armed robberies and rapes (not murder, sorry about that) about a month after the Bundy murders and is serving a 102 years sentence in California.
Interesting character, Brambles, with an interesting career. Apparently he was Madame Alex's personal cop in the LAPD and after he was fired continued to "run errands" for her between Los Angeles and his home in Las Vegas.
So think: Madame Alex - Heidi Fleiss - friend of Nicole's (911 tape) - jean jacket in the Bundy kitchen on the night of the murders. It's too wild, but still...
