The LAPD has keep a black mail file going back to Chief Parker which was about 40 years. It is passed down from Chief to Chief. Chief Parks was in charge of it, when Parker was the Chief. It was in some storage unit and Chife Parks said he distroyed it, but I doubt that also. This blackmail file is how the LAPD got so powerful. They blackmailed the movie industry to put out these movies and TV shows that showed them bigger than God. Now who is better to supply the dirt than the formost Madam in town.
