You say that Shively later proved to be a "liar and swindler in another case". If you were to review the files at the LA County courthouse, you would know that this is not true. In fact there is a current court case in California where Jill is suing over statements made that she had a felony on her record. She has no felony on her record. I checked in the LA data base myself. The dispute about the script resulted in Jill paying exactly what she had originally agreed to pay to the person involved and not the higher amount listed in the suit.
There is more information available about what Jill saw that night but the LAPD buried it with other information. Jill gave her time estimates by the clock in her car. That clock was 8-10 minutes fast. (Dick Wagner has more information at his site.)
