The way I was going about it I never would have found it. I was searching for a meeting Fuhrman had with a reporter on the 13th involving evidence in the case. This was about Fuhrman's own problems with the Toobin article and he said that the meeting took place "a few days after the murders." Now I remember having read it, but when I was looking for it I was looking in the wrong place.
Another thing that threw me was idea that Fuhrman would give himself away as being the source of the early leaks by admitting that he talked to a reporter before the leaks came out. I couldn't imagine him doing that. The question now is when did he REALLY talk to the reporter (assuming that she was the only one he talked to)? You also have to wonder what he really said. Was it all about the Toobin article or did he make a few "offhand" remarks about O.J. Simpson?
It looks like we do have the same book. We need to hear from people who have the other one. --Jasper
