Just a clarification about one thing. You said Jill lied in her testimony before the Grand Jury. She was not asked in the the Grand Jury testimony about who she had spoken to. She was asked by the DA's office prior to her Grand Jury testimony. We do not have the transcripts of the interview the DA's office did before the trial, so we do not know how the question was asked, in what context and even Jill's exact answer. If Jill had lied to the Grand Jury, she could have been charged with perjury and she was not charged. I understand the DA's office was upset Jill gave the interview but I think Marcia dumped Jill because she realized later that because she did not bring out the time difference in the clock, she had made Jill's sighting about the time Kato heard the thumps.
