I am not saying that people didn't see a light colored SUV driving crazy with the lights off. First just for the record, the license plate light is on automatically at night so police officers can see them clearly, at least they are supposed to be. My point is not even that Jill Shively is a liar. She is not credible. She did it to herself. If Marcia asked her to change the time and then kicked her off the witness list because her time was wrong why didn't she raise holy you know what in the tabloids and make more money? This would have proved during the trial that Marcia was selecting only witnesses that she like and tossing those who didn't fit her perception of how the murders happened. I know I am not Jill Shively and I cannot say how she reacts to situations. I do know that if anyone did something like that to me I'd be angry, especially when I had changed my story so many times for Marcia Clark and she kicked me off the list for it. I'd blow the case sky high, not to get O.J. Simpson off, but to get another prosecutor on the case because the first impression is that she is trying to throw the case by hiding the truth. But that is me. Now someone else. I can say how someone else should behave. I think that people might believe her more readily if she had not just gone off and then showed up later. Why didn't she go to the defense and see how they wanted her to change her story and then go tell the prosecution? There were many avenues open to her and she did not take one of them. That is my entire take on her. I don't know her. I know she believes what she says. I don't know how she fixes thinking at first it was Marcus Allen and then insisting it was O.J. Simpson. It makes me wonder what time Marcus Allen really left that night.
