I don't believe O.J. Simpson was there either. I was going with the what ifs. I also think it is a real shame that Jill Shively didn't go public after what Marcia Clark did to her about Marcia making her time seem later than it was. I used too many words but her credibility would be one thousand times higher had she come forward and told the world how they were selecting witnesses not by credibility but by who Marcia wanted because of who was willing to change their testimony. We'd all be looking into a different case right now if she had. I am not judging her either as I know firsthand how Law Enforcement can intimidate people who are nothing more than witnesses. The very idea of how scared she must have been explains why she didn't come forward as lots of witnesses were scared off. What is difficult for me to understand is that this person Dick Wagner discusses who is a strong women who is articulate and everything else doesn't fit with someone who is afraid to come forward to reveal something of this magnitude. She had Marcia Clark cold. Dead To Rights. I think she should stop complaining and write a book entitled Marcia, She Told Me To Lie. She is in a unique position to make some big bucks and she should do it. Marcia deserves it. Also, if she writes this book, although having those turn things here where I live I don't understand why the Nissan was where Dick Shows It, but there are all kinds of drivers. I do wonder about the Bronco there that night and had it been AC's why wasn't it AC's in the morning when the police arrived. If someone had Al Cowlings SUV it didn't end up at O.J. Simpson's in the morning as it was O.J. Simpson's SUV sitting right where he left it after pulling it into the driveway, unloading it and then pulling it back out and pulled a bit askew but not abnormally so on Rockingham that night. He said in the police interview that it was done around eight oclock just after he returned home from the recital. It was one of the first things he did after the recital according to the one interrogation. Of course O.J. Simpson is horrible with times. Then later he went out and got what he calls the guts of his cell phone from the Bronco. This was the last entry in the Bronco. The fact that without an attorney, without knowing his car was considered parked askew he told them why it was parked askew. So few people even notice this one thing fits perfect with the testimony of Rosa Lopez that she saw it at eight o'clock parked like that. This shows it never left after he unloaded the Bronco. Something the civil jury didn't even hear.
