We all know that Kato changed his testimony in the Civil Trial. I have no doubt of that. My point was that most of what happened the night of the murder has an innocent explanation as opposed to only a guilty explanation. Just as O.J. Simpson's movements have innocent explanation and I don't see the guilty one because the time frame doesn't work at all, IMHO.
