This is the first I've heard about the license number. If true, I think we have a problem with Jill's story.
I was convinced that Jill was telling the truth about an incident, but I think she may have mentioned some conflicting details.
Could someone have influenced her to change or add to her story?
Reagrding the times, I've read so many conflicting times for all the witnesses you mention, but yes 10:45 sure is central!
