It does not matter one wit if it was OJ's hair, cap, shoes or gloves. More than likly the murderer thought they were. It just shows that the murder and the framing of OJ was not just after the fact of the murder. The framing items were stolen out of OJ's house. And specifically his ski closet. The shoes may have belonged to Jason or OJ and he thew the ugly ass shoes in the closet he did not use. More than likely it was Shipp that stole them as if he were caught in OJ's bedroom, he could have made up an excuse. All the items would not likely be in OJ's regular closet but the ski closet. It could have been Arnels hat. More the right size, too small for OJ but too big for the kids. Shoes that one would be likely to wear for sports clothes in a hotel, and gloves for cold weather. I still think that they thought they had picked up a ski mask instead of a hat and that is why it is in Fuhman's notes. They thought in the dark closet it was a ski mask and told Fuhrman it was a ski mask and he either never knew the difference or had it on his mind when he wrote the notes. And he may have written the notes way before the murder.
